Lovely continental breakfast with super proper porridge served with cream, enjoyed the food choices. Very comfortable building, lovely and absolutely perfect location just off rural Perthshire-the heart of rural Scotland, and restaurant.  

That was charming small and stylish hotel set in very pleasant area, next to Scotland at very short notice and the front garden on a nice summer day. The rooms were well-appointed and brand-new with good facilities, 

The breakfasts here were lovely and absolutely superb with original dishes and super proper porridge served with cream. We didn't feel like leaving and would like to come again.

The hotel was in a gorgeous location adjacent to beautiful Perthshire and the banks of the River Tay. Our room was stylish and spotless, available with coffee bags, a really comfortable bed plus kitchen.

We arrived at the hotel without a reservation, but the staff managed to find us a table in the restaurant. The roast beef meal we had was one of the best we've had in months, with tender beef, delicious vegetables, and a Yorkshire pudding. The 

The rooms were high-class and attractive, large bedroom for a good sleep.
